Recently, SHINCCI's low-temperature multi-effect concentration equipment was successfully delivered to Belgium, supporting high-quality production in the local agricultural fertilizer sector. The successful implementation of this project, utilizing energy-efficient and high-performance Chinese-made technology, provides overseas customers with a brand-new solution for potassium carbonate waste liquid concentration. It also marks a significant milestone for SHINCCI in expanding its European market in the chemical concentration field.
Our partner in this collaboration, ANOREL, founded in 1995, is a well-known Belgian family business with a strong reputation in the industry. Adhering to a commitment to high quality and sustainable development, ANOREL focuses on the production and supply of high-quality water-soluble fertilizers and industrial raw materials. Its products, widely used specialty water-soluble fertilizers in Europe, are sold in over thirty countries across five continents.
Addressing the core need for potassium carbonate waste liquid concentration, SHINCCI has tailored a low-temperature multi-effect concentration treatment system for its clients. This equipment employs an innovative triple-effect concentration process, capable of processing 6 tons of material per day, stably concentrating the original solution from 15% to 50% concentration. Driven entirely by electricity, the entire process achieves low-temperature vacuum concentration at 40-70℃, avoiding the negative impact of high temperatures on material quality, effectively preserving the beneficial components of potassium carbonate, and significantly reducing energy consumption. The concentrated liquid, after subsequent drying, can be converted into high-quality agricultural potassium fertilizer for reuse.
Leveraging extensive international project experience, SHINCCI provides clients with a comprehensive one-stop service, encompassing design, production, installation, and after-sales support. A professional technical team was dispatched to the project site in Belgium to oversee equipment installation, commissioning, and provide technical guidance throughout the process, efficiently completing all commissioning tasks . Currently, the equipment is operating stably and meeting performance standards; its superior concentration effect and reliable quality have earned high praise from the client.
