The total construction area of the project is 6696 square meters, of which the urban road area is 910 square meters. , The urban green land area is 609 square meters, and the construction land area is 5177 square meters. The main building units are R&D workshops, dormitories, guards, basements, etc. The total construction area of the project is 28,675.56 square meters, of which the total above-ground construction area is 20,517.31 square meters, with a total of 11 floors, and the basement area is 8158.25 square meters, with a total of 2 floors.

The total investment of this project is 110 million yuan, and it is planned to start construction in November 2020 with a construction period of 1 year. This project is a very important headquarters and management base of Shincci Group, and will carry the very important strategic tasks of Shincci Group. Shincci Group includes Guangzhou Shincci Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., Guangdong Shincci Environmental Industry Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Shincci Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Shincci Low Temperature Evaporation Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. The construction of the new headquarters will lead Shincci into the rapid development stage of multi-section and diversification of the cryogenic evaporation industry.
