The "Guangdong Province Sludge Treatment Technology and Equipment Exchange Supply and Demand Matchmaking Conference" was held on December 26. 2014. As an innovative sludge treatment and disposal equipment unit, Shincci is invited to participate in meetings.
This year, the Pearl River Delta region and the whole province are facing huge pressure on sludge treatment. How to safely dispose of more and more sludge has become one of the most important issues for local governments. The long-standing contradiction between supply and demand of sludge treatment and disposal technology has highlighted its shortcomings in actual work. Therefore, effective communication and docking between the supply and demand sides of sludge treatment technology and equipment is a top priority.
Guangzhou Shincci sludge dehumidification and drying machine is a new type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly product that uses a dehumidification heat pump to condense and dry the sludge with hot air circulation. Using leading dehumidification heat pump technology, it can save energy by more than 40%; power consumption per 1kg.H2O is about 0.25~0.33kw.h; while traditional sludge drying equipment 1kg.H20 needs to consume 1kw.h energy, in addition to power consumption, Cooling water, medicine, etc. Our equipment can dry the mud cake with a moisture content of 83% into sludge particles with a moisture content of 10%; using a low-temperature fully enclosed drying process, no exhaust gas is discharged, and no secondary environmental pollution will be caused. At the meeting, Mr. Shi of our company introduced the high-efficiency closed low-temperature sludge drying technology in detail for the participants, which attracted the interest of many participating experts. After the meeting, Mr. Shi also conducted technical exchanges and interactive discussions with senior experts from environmental protection design institutes, environmental protection engineers, municipalities, printing and dyeing and other sludge users.
